What Maher isn't taking into account is the fact that families like mine cancelled their HBO subscriptions when he stooped to that level.
I think comparing what Bill Maher said about Sarah Palin and what Rush said about Sandra Fluke are on a completely different scale. One was baseless and immature, the other was factual and although it might seem insensitive, Ms. Fluke brought it on herself.
Sarah Palin didn't go before a Congressional hearing and demand that the taxpayer foot the bill for $1,000 a year in birth control.
