For example, and article about Shariah banks is clearly about Islam in Europe, but a criminal gang of Moroccans may not shape their activities in any way according to Islam, despite being Muslims. Even many Palestinian organizations are not primarily Muslim organizations. Do you use any rules when making these decisions? (Thanks again for the great blog!)
