I am an electric vehicle tinkerer, and we are always running into electric scooter distributors and manufacturers that essentially put up a picture and specs of impossible products (mostly 5k$ Scooters that try to position against high end gas models) and they try and sell a few, take orders, use the pre-order money to buy from a Chinese factory, never have spares, no dealers for service, etc/. They essentially are asking for investments via sales. THis model has resulted in numerous come and gone LEV hucksters.

At least these fashion folks are up front about the model.
