I wish to see fire-optic services provided on Libyan soil, before going all the way to make it available to countries that are happy to have a cell phones network only.

Don't take me as being pessimistic, or under estimating Libyan ingenuity, but there are priorities, and Libyans should be number #1.

Thanks for the updates Wissam!

Way to go Wissam, I guess you have to keep up with the live events. With the Eid coming closer, this will be put to use.

Thanks!

Personally I prefer Mozilla Firefox for the same reasons you mentioned Wissam, add to that compatibility is a big issue with web-design, and for most cases website that are compatible with Mozilla Firefox are mostly sufficient for other browsers.

But Microsoft Internet Explorer is very common in Libya, an in the world also, but I try to get my colleagues, trainees, friends, and family to use Mozilla Firefox, so I think I should get a percentage out of that, you know a source of income from Mozilla.

One more thing I forgot to add earlier, is that HIS used to operate administrative affairs in hospitals and clinics is called HMS for Hospital Management System.

Although this is not to be mixed with HMS (Health Management System), which is an approach of a process in which actuarial assessment of fitness and economic-type cost-benefit analysis determines the body’s regulation of its physiology and health.

HIS stands mainly for Health Information System, and it is a number of integrated software and hardware used to provide services to health facilities clients.

The HIS was first planned to be fully operational in Benghazi's BMC (Benghazi Medical Center), which is TCH's twin in Benghazi, and since the hospital was opened officially about 2 months ago, I guess that the HIS is working there. I was meant to be part of the team supervising and managing BMC-HIS, but unfortunately I got to work in another place.

Other then that I just wanted to clarify.

Thanks Wissam!
Good Job!!
