I just hope the current council enjoyed their time in office. Anyone know what is involved in getting a special election, or impeachment? Also, I would strongly recomend the IRS check out the current council's bank accounts for any mysterious large deposites over the last couple of months.

I want to know where PCI got the stats in the last paragraph? Did they just pull those numbers out of a hat? Oh, and great idea turning fourth and fifth avenue into two-way streets. Then we can get shot at coming and going.
