There's a world of difference between the good likes of George Griffin back in 1868 and what we are witnessing with the Roma gypsies in Northern Ireland. I assume that is the ridiculous connection the pathetic Jarvis and Express are trying to make. Nick Griffin has already condemned the attacks which are a direct result of EU and successive Labour and Tory government policy. Only recently, the President of Romania designated 100,000 foreign nationals of that country 'Romanian' immediately giving them the right (as intended) to leave and go anywhere in Europe they wanted. No guessing where most will want to come. Thus we have a foreign President deciding who can come to beleaguered Britain. My Gran used to shack up with a 'rag and bone' man in Manchester and my brother and I would often ride with him on his cart. I used to live right next to the stables where he kept his horse and cart, a kind of Steptoe and Gran thing but they lived in the next street. He was a lovely man from what I can remember and his work no doubt paid the rent and put food on the table in the truly austere immediate post war years. I bet George Griffin was a lovely man as well - his great grandson certainly is.

Boulton pretended to look aghast and continued his biased and hateful line of questioning with even more intensity. I'm sure where Boulton lives with his inflated salary (like his inflated self) is a nice leafy suburb but he will have known that NG was speaking the truth about much of enriched Britain in general. It made me decide to get rid of Sky altogether but on contacting them to cancel my package, I discovered that by accepting a free for six months Sky Talk telephone offer some months back, it had effectively locked me in for TV and Broadband for a further 12 months. They never mentioned that at the time. I don't mind waiting a while because money's not the issue here but just getting Murdoch's Sky out of this house asap. Everyone else should do the same.

Can someone please tell me what You Tube TOU this video has violated? I am aware of You Tube's dirty tricks like altering hit counts and making sure (for example) that when a pro BNP video is viewed or searched for, anti BNP videos are right there amongst them. I just don't see any reason for this video being removed apart from it being uncomfortable viewing for Plaid and Adam Price and perhaps his Asian boyfriend. The awful truth often hurts. You are absolutely correct Pat but in a way (imho) also wrong. NO ONE who disagrees (most of us?) with the BBC's blatantly biased news and programming need subscribe to this evil empire. Those aged 75 or over (most of us I think do not survive past that age) are exempt the licence fee. How convenient that most people have pegged out and kicked off before this particular benefit kicks in.The registered blind are even forgiven a whole and insulting £1 off the fee I think. It may interest you to know that millionaire David Cameron got the hapless taxpayer to pay for his £139.50 TV Licence on his 2nd home - I only have (and need) one home myself and I think callmedave has even more than two. Just write to them at next renewal and tell them they are operating outside of their Royal Charter and you don't watch TV anyway - even if you do, that's your business and none of theirs. They will send you a couple of standard and stupid threatening letters which you must never reply to. If anyone comes knocking at your door from their low life, contracted-out thugs Capita, then politely tell them to go away and do NOT engage with them at all. You do not have to talk to these low lifes and they have absolutely no right of access into your home. Tell them you have Swine Flu or something if you are a softie and don't like slamming doors in faces. If you have a dog or hound, so much the better. Their TV detector vans are a myth and the whole TV Licensing 'industry' is absolutely ridiculous and totally unenforceable if people only knew their rights and stood their ground. Remember, never answer their mail and never phone them. They'll soon get tired and move on.

I would never fill up at a Total station so no change there. I also cannot remember the last time I bought anything French. Food I always try to buy local. I avoid Eurozone in general apart from when I absolutely have to travel there, as there is still (for now anyway) so much on offer tourist wise in this country of ours. Airports are strictly no go areas for me these days after I was intimately body searched by an East European security guard at a Southern England airport, no doubt to balance the BME/white search stats. That did it for me and I vowed never to travel by air again unless I absolutely had to.
