I get the sarcasm, but this hits too close to home. I have a "friend" who has drug a very good church's name through the mud because he believes that he has a better view of what at church should be like. He did some of these steps exactly how they are written.

I read somewhere around ten books a year for fun, and probably another ten to fifteen for school. Reading is fundamental!

I'm a computer technician and a Jr. High minister...need I say more...Yes! Ok...I spent all of my time either staring at a computer screen or talking to Jr. Highers about Halo, Star Wars, or who the cutest girl in their school is...that last one seems a bit creepy after writing it...I never start that conversation...the wife would disapprove, but I will give them failed dating stories to try to keep them from failing as well...like never talk about Star Wars and Halo with said girl...that's probably the best one.

9. Out of habit do you feel it necessary to wear really big shoulder pads and very tight pants when you get up to preach?

10. Do you and the deacons get together before the service and have one of those rousing amp sessions to get hyped up for the big service?

11. Does your church have an official that can call fouls on the people who are walking the aisle just because their friend did it?

12. What kind of pyrotechnics do you use to enter the sanctuary?
