They should not be able to vote for a pay increase on their own behalf. They should want to work for the people instead of the prestige. A revision of the tax code should be done, it should be easier it stead of being complicated. The President should be taking this situation very seriously but he is more worried about getting more power to the Treasury and campaigning for his bill. It seems that all this President can do is campaign and create groups that are working for him to solve problems. And if the problems are solved by those groups he will take credit. It has been shown before that he will give in, he already gave in to the notion that we will not place a missile defence system in E. Europe. The Russian government is trying to see how hard they can push and if the United States and President Obama is willing to push back. The Russians are unsure how President Obama will lead in foreign policy. And lately, the only concern President Obama has is the economy. The Russian government, especially Putin sees that President Obama is not very strong in foreign policy and he will jump at the chance to illustrate that in the international scene.
