mASS transit! YES! Make light rail available on every street in every town. But don’t stop there. Extend the light rails to every farm house and every rural residence no matter if it is on a dead end road. Put a transit stop on every corner. Then put heavy rail tracks next to them to every factory everywhere. Install traffic light sensors so that trains can control the traffic lights. Junk all semis. Tax cars out of existence along with gas stations.
Make the train passenger cars large enough that my neighbors and I can carry ten bags of groceries from the store to home. And don’t forget room to carry lumber, plywood, new lawnmowers, etc. Level square miles of land to park train passenger cars during off peak periods when they are not used during rush hours or to haul school kids. Run the trains 24/7 to support swing and graveyard shift workers as well as bar hoppers and church goers.

Permanent eyesores: Tens of thousands of windmills, financed by tax payer subsidies are abandoned all over the world. The only place they are being built is where manufacturers have bribed corrupt politicians to waste more tax payer money as in backward California. There is no room in this King's brain for economic truth. First it's too tiny. Second, it's too full of lies and Marxist myths. The price of oil has climbed. The margin between the price of oil and the price of gasoline is about the same. Of course as the price of fuel increases, the cost of transporting it also rises.

If you would provide the counter argument, I might agree. But right now I see many Liberals calling Privileges Rights. E.g. Liberals claim a right of women to free contraceptive care. Also there is no right to drive a car. If there was no distinction, would there then be no need for permits and licenses? If you insist on construing Right with Privilege, then what would you call those activities that the government permits only with a permit or license or fee?
