Wearing a hijab is as much a sign of abject slavery as wearing chains.

Good observation, Bob, but you spelled SIXHIRB incorrectly and, as a result, omitted a couple of smears Leftists like to use. SIXHIRB stands for Sexist, Intolerant, Xenophobic, Homophobic, Islamophobic, Racist, Bigoted.

When you combine the media's DNC propaganda with Hollywood's historical revisionism we really have achieved the Ministry of Truth Orwell described in Nineteen Eighty-Four.

CPUSA (Communist Party USA) members (even those in Hollywood) actually supported Adolph Hitler for several years during the Hitler-Stalin Pact of August 1939. Since Stalin had a pact with Hitler, the CPUSA demanded that its members had to support Hitler as well (though some did so reluctantly). This pact lasted until June of 1941 when Hitler and Stalin broke their pact. If Stalin and Hitler hadn't fallen out, who knows what would have happened? Stalin is not as demonized as Hitler has been, even though he killed more people.

The upside to the defamatory article in the Tablet is that it prompted David to write a new post on FrontPage. David, we don't see enough of your writing on this site. Your fans and friends truly value your insights. Please keep them coming.

Newt's ungracious comments following the Nevada vote revealed, once again, his mean streak. Newt is an angry man, and American's don't elect angry men as president.

Actually, his "death scene" in the new Priceline ad is way better than the low-budget manner in which they killed off Kirk in "Star Trek: Generations."

No final act? Empty? Truman Burbank defies everything that Cristof and everyone else in his manufactured "world" can throw at him. He overcomes a psychologically planted fear of water to sail his sailboat across an "ocean" which then he crashes into the wall at the edge of his universe (which, by the way, is the iconic shot of the year). He then walks through the wall breaking free from his life of abject slavery to the media. The world celebrates, and it's no final act? I guess we saw different movies. This was my favorite film of the year, by a lot.
