So a British manager, preferably knowing the West Ham way with at least 1 years experience, looks like Hughton could be boards top choice especially as he will be cheap and could start straight away. Hughton does have experience in managing in the Championship recently, he must be a strong character to have dealt with Ashley at Newcastle, and he did get Newcastle playing good football, but still i'm not 100% sure, would love MON, but like many people have said, would he really come to us, or more importantly, will the board pay for him to come to us and keep out of his business?
