He may be laughing on the outside but he's scared on inside. He knows that it will not be long until his devoted following finally wakes up and sees what we see: a president who put his personal agenda before the welfare of the country.

Same here in Sarasota Fl. We had ours at noon time and the drivers were honking like crazy ! Many tourists parked and joined us, not knowing beforehand about the gathering. I brought extra construction paper and markers and everyone enjoyed making signs. Everyone is jazzed for the next one- can't wait !

I don't think the Tea Parties missed the mark at all. The media underestimated the Tea Parties and the anger of the people because all they concentrate on is their own narrow view. They never expected such a large turn out of people and I think they were quite surprised by it. Now they are desperate to define something that they can not possibly understand: a love of country that isn't tied to a campaign contribution or a special interest. The succcess of the first Tea Party will undoubtedly encourage even more people to join the movement back to responsible, sensible, limited government- the kind our founders had envisioned

You miss the point. This isn't about the election. The tea parties are about our freedoms being eroded away by big government, be it from the right OR the left.
