Closing a loophole is like plugging a hole in Hoover Dam with bubblegum. It won;t fix the problem and the end result will be the total destruction of everything that surrounds the dam. Doesn't submitting new legislation to close a loophole only only serve to acknowledge and accept obamacare as a valid law? We cannot and should not accept any of it. The Constitution does not give any rights to the government and is there to protect We The People's rights that are inherent in us just for having been born. The purpose of the Constitution was to prevent just this sort of socialist take over by federal and state governments. We therefore need to reject and refuse this power play by "the savior" obama.

By the way, if popularity for obamacare is as high as 45% (polls are easily skewed by who is selected to participate), where are all the liberals on here defending it? All I've seen are comments against it. Don't they have anything to say on here? Where are all the supporters? The polls are wrong! We The People hate it - period.
