"Last August, THL recommended discontinuing its use against A(H1N1) until it could study the signs of a connection. " What language is this? Kinda sounds like English. Who wrote this? A politician? Here's a thought: have an editor type read before publishing. Just saying.

Breitbart.com : Cubans upset at video game that aims to kill Fidel Castro

Neither glorifying "the attempts that in an illegal manner the United States government planned against Castro," nor stimulating "sociopathic behavior among American children and adolescents, the main consumers" is against U.S. law. If Activision were based in Cuba, I have no doubt the programmers of this game would be in prison for life. And, hey, Castro, the owners are in France??? As in, go cry to Sarkozy, not Obama. In fact, throw open your borders, and I'm sure all the freedom loving American will flood into your paradisaical land, as well as the poor, heavy burdened, and downtrodden from Mexico and all the world. I'm sure you won't lose more than a handful. Regardless of what the U.S. government attempted, and its legality, they never did actually assasinate Castro. Let this one go, Fidel and Raul.

Breitbart.tv : Rep. Anthony Weiner Loses it on House Floor

Hey, New York! How's that Anthony Weiner working out for ya??? Shrieking at his colleagues like that is REALLY gonna have them crossing the aisle to support him in the future!!! But, hey...how is it they could ram Obamacare through, but not this??? And why, if there was some simple "procedural" issue, didn't they just fix it? Aren't the Democrats the majority? Haven't the Dems demanded and gotten the same kind of consideration when they were in the minority? I don't have a clue whether this whole episode is real, or a political melodrama. It MUST be real, since Weiner is risking votes over it. Or maybe he believes that this tantrum will lose him less votes than Rep. King. Yeah, good thinking. Keep up the great work, Rep. Weiner. And if this turns out to be a mistake, you can always become a lobbyist.

Breitbart.com : Mexico asks court to reject Ariz. immigration law

The Mexican government is admitting they are racist! Mexican citizens are a race, and so are being racially profiled. So, are Americans a race, too? Is discrimination against Americans racism? What race are your people, Calderon? What race is it that doesn't already live peacefully and legally in the United States (Except Arizona)? Or are all members of the "Mexican race" illegally resident in the United States? And how do you justify your own "racial profiling" of Nicaraguans, Guatemalans, Venezuelans, and all the rest? Being a member of a race does not confer immunity to arrest and prosecution for breaking the laws of another nation. The sad part is, there are millions of Americans who agree with Calderon. Mexicans are a race, and any effort to target the largest group of violators is racial profiling, even if the crime is being prosecuted, not the person. Nope! It's racism! Period!

Big Government : Shocking! Bat-wielding Union Thugs Attack Non-union Workers

The solution is real simple: enforce the law. Of course, we have a role model in D.C. demonstrating how NOT to enforce laws. Until he does, people who are capable of being injured should probably just not cross picket lines or annoy thugs of any kind. Somehow, I doubt Obama cares.

Not everything is a conspiracy, people. Blago was just trying to drag Obama down into the mud with him. It was up to Blago's shyster to state what _material_ testimony the President could provide. He failed. And it's a really BAD precedent to have allegedly corrupt local pols able to subpoena the POTUS. Do you really want every accused grafter and crook to demand the PRESIDENT as a witness?? Obama has and will have a lot to answer for. Blago's corruption is not worth the time.

Breitbart.com : Danish paper apologises to Muslims in cartoon row

As much as I would prefer that criminals be dealt with, I sympathize with the Politiken's desire to reduce the tension and violence. It would be great if simply running a cartoon which Muslims found objectionable could be used as a tool to isolate and remove those destructive Islamic youths, and deport them. The risk would be high, however. Lives of innocent people could be lost. It's regrettable, but understandable.

Big Hollywood : Daily Gut: Celebrities Who Make Kids Sick

When self-styled "experts" advise others to not seek medical treatment, question them hard, as McCarthy and Carrey should have been questioned. Until then, do NOT take them seriously. However, when they suggest that serious research needs to be done, well, why not?? Apply common sense, people, and quit blaming those who suggest blindly following potentially lethal advise! Conversely, the medical profession is not filled with saints and geniuses! They are entirely capable of adhering to a fallacious belief despite growing evidence to the contrary! They hitch their careers to a position, and take it very personally when someone tells them they're wrong. VERY personally! The evidence does not prove that either pediatric immunizations cause or do not cause Autism Spectrum Disorder. The studies just aren't there either way. The CDC relies on statistics and surveys to decide causality in a disorder like Autism, which CANNOT be conclusively diagnosed by physical testing! And since the cause is unknown, it is just as impossible to rule out a cause! Perhaps the mercury or aluminum in vaccines have some part in it. Perhaps not. Is it reasonable to just pick one, and call anyone who differs deluded? Parents are ultimately responsible for the decision to follow or question medical advise. How many kids suffer from unnecessary treatments, medications, and procedures as a result of a bad diagnosis? The need for advocates outside the medical profession is there, since they cannot properly advocate for patients themselves. I also have a son who is on the high-functioning end of the Autism Spectrum. I've read McCarthy's book, and seen the interview on "O". There are interesting nuggets of information in her book. I would never base a decision to vaccinate or not on her, though. Want to blame Carrey and McCarthy for unvaccinated kids dying? Fine. But you should be pointing another finger at parents who believe whatever a celebrity tells them while wiping away tears on a talk show.

CSMonitor: Innovation : MagicJack meets cell tower as \'femtojack\' / The Christian Science Monitor - CSMonitor.com

Oh, that would be wonderful to see go to court! The cell phone companies arguing that they made a deal with the government, seizing our rights to use a RF frequency within our homes, paid for by US. In other words, we are paying the wireless companies to pay the federal government to deny us the use of personally owned equipment within our own homes! The REAL fear, obviously, is that people will drop cell service if they can get this new gadget. Relax, guys. People can no longer live without continuous commo access. Soon, we won't be able to live without continuous Wi-Fi. Your billions are safe. Unless you manage to annoy a federal circuit court judge enough that he enjoins the FCC into suspending your licenses. I'd LOVE to see this go to court!

Breitbart.com : Obama draws praise, but piracy escalation feared

"...neo-con a-holes whos hate blinds them..."??? How hypocritical!! Your own hate leaves your mind so closed no light can penetrate. I'm not a "neo-con". Get your terms straight. A neo-con is a former liberal who turned conservative. They have a reputation for being twice as argumentative as longtime conservatives, having the zeal of the newly converted. But it's a convenient label to stick on a group, making it easy to attack them and dismiss their comments. It's prejudice. I'm no neo-con. I've been a conservative since the early 80's. None of those who supported direct action are unhappy that the Seals did what they did, or that the confrontation ended without costing Phillips his life. We are happy! What hacks us off is that Obama is taking full credit for all of this. Those Seals were recruited, trained, equipped, and deployed to their units before Obama was sworn in. Some of them trained for years before entering the Seals to pass the physical tests. Every Seal is someone special for having completed one of the toughest special forces training schools on earth. But we're supposed to believe that Obama deserves equal credit for Phillips rescue? It's a miracle Obama didn't get Phillips killed, or stuck in a Somali hell hole for months or years. Obama didn't screw this one up. I'll give him that.

Breitbart.com : Obama draws praise, but piracy escalation feared

"As for talking I just heard the Commander of the vessel in the area. She (yeah your surprised already) said there wer NO discussions of trading the hostage for money...." 1) There were at least two US Navy warships there, the Bainbridge and the Halyburton. 2) Neither is commanded by a woman. 3) ONLY the Bainbridge, which had FBI agents on board, had any authority to negotiate with the alleged Somali pirates. 4) Based on the above, your source had indirect information only. Perhaps more direct than my information, but hardly enough to disregard my own viewpoint. 5) I've worked for women. I'm a veteran. I have no problem with women in positions of authority. Your implied assumption that I'm misogynist is repugnant. "The negotiations consistied of you get nothing. Now, relaese our citizen." 1) I would hope that this is true. I just don't believe it. Obama, Clinton, Biden, Napolitano, and Holder have all indicated that the US is the cause of the world's problems. The Obama administration would be more likely to feel sympathy for those attacking a US vessel than anger. But perhaps, nonetheless. Yet this is exactly the kind of "cowboy diplomacy" which the Left hated when Bush was president. 2) I never claimed the Obama administration WAS haggling. I said they were talking. "Your post is pure hyperbole." I make no claims to stating anything truly insightful, original, or profound. Do you? Your spelling leaves a little to be desired, and your factual claims are debatable, if not out-and-out wrong. I'm hyperbolic? Fine. I'm biased, too. Don't forget hypocritical, because I'm not a president, yet I'm critical of one. "The Seals will be using this as a textbook example for years to come." The Seals used snipers to take out three teenagers. They were in place and had clear shots. Despite my personal admiration for the Seals, they only did two things: held fire until ordered; then took out their targets on command. That "textbook" mention won't be more than a paragraph. Your post is something pure, too, but I decline to state of what substance it is composed.

ALL President Obama did was to say the Navy had a "go ahead" on deadly force under certain circumstances. That's ALL. And even THAT LITTLE was nearly impossible to get. This is a president who talks first, and if that fails, talks some more. It took guns pointed at Phillips while he was in the water for the Seals to get the "fire at will" command. Obama nearly KILLED Phillips with his dithering. If PHILLIPS hadn't jumped in the water, he would still be a hostage. If the Navy hadn't taken action, he could well be dead. Obama "drew high praise"??? That's abysmal. All he did was not get this man killed. I guess by today's standards, that's extraordinary.

Breitbart.com : Pentagon says crew retake US ship from pirates

Is it legal for a captive crew to rescue themselves? Isn't that, by current maritime law, piracy as well? If they used weapons, they could end up in World Court. If they harmed any of the alleged pirates, they could end up in prison. As far as I know, only the Indian navy is chartered by the UN to attack pirates. The pirates are sovereign citizens of Somalia. The escapees are in very serious legal trouble! Hey, Hillary! Apologize on behalf of the US for piracy now! Our "insatiable appetite for imported goods" CAUSED pirates to exist. The US is probably arming them, too, right???
