The whole concept that "free market" mostly made out of dubious moral individuals should self-regulate, is sick.

Nobody in its right mind can deny that. Think about it:
individuals that grew up fed in concepts as "everybody is out to get'em", are the half of the population; it is undeniable that many of those grow up to be successful businessmen; then, logical conclusion is, the half of the CEOs are paranoiac bullies.

How paranoiac-bullies can decide how much money are they going to pay their employees, or whether to pay for employees' health insurance, for instance? It is absurd to let them decide something that is so important to continue having taxpayers in the country (if would be for entrepeneurs, those sick employees should be put to sleep--pronto, and the country would run out of tax money).

What is the cheap result of what I was saying above: in the struggle to survive, blacks fight for pennies; because they do not know whether tomorrow they will have food or money for the bus. Or live for this matter.

I do not think is possible for blacks to grow in society for themselves; it is needed a governmental administration of scientific societal leveling--What is socialism; and as this word is curse in America, there is no hope for blacks. Sorry.

Blacks are terrified. Since single-parenthood is so high among blacks, they lack role models, and they grow up lonely and scared. Their role models are granmothers and priests. Because priests are from the same, they are paranoiac as well; the result is that blacks are fed on hate, fear and desperation. They feel they have to defend themselves all the time, from devil whites.
This premise builds up huge lack of communication between blacks and rest; practically in every field. Consequence is they do not grow economically, and doing so they can continue being marginalized.
Because this society is predatory: if you don't wise up, it devours you. Blacks can't wise up.
