I emailed my congressman about this bill last week, haven't heard back(I checked the box to get a reply), so I will have to email again. I also decided to hit the White House site and email them too. I am a small farmer so am very concerned about this.
I really hope they're not using Agent Orange/Dioxin. I was born with a comprised immune system and many other health problems due to in utero contamination from my mother being in a house on property where the ground was saturated with it.
I think there needs to be a law passed where elected officials have to read a bill/law they're going to vote on. My mother was at a town hall type meeting Saturday with 3 of them(1 senator and 2 state reps), and they actually admitted they don't read them before voting. The gist of it was that it's too much work to read them all.
