When I started with Pizza Fusion I wondered the same thing and often questioned my vegan employees about this. Generally their response was that, although we served non-vegan food, it was with good intention, and it was nice to have a restaurant that not only served vegan options, but had a staff that was educated in the dietary needs of our vegan customers.
