The economic is going through a little bump, so can someone tell me the current market rate on knee-capping? (I got a little extra in my envelope last month). And am I expected to pay for travel and per diem?

Breitbart.com : Obama\'s court search influenced by his own life

Can we get a ruling on whether an activitist judge, one who is empathetic to a plaintiff's or defendant's suffering because of their gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation, is not impartial, and PRIMA FACIE (I've been saving that all week) violates the judge's oath of office? According to Title 28, Chapter I, Part 453 of the United States Code, each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath: "I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

Breitbart.com : Steele praises Romney after criticizing him

I supported Mike when he campaigned for his current position, but now I see his communication skills are a liability to the GOP establishing the brand image that can bring the GOP back to dominance. Getting 52% of the vote against the Democratic incumbents shouldn't be that hard if we could only get the talking head to stop trashing ourselves!! I vote we make a clean cut and get an effective, CONSERVATIVE Communicator, with a good history and no baggage, that resonates with Americana. I want moderates in the tent, but not as the party leader. A compromise between a moderate and a fascist gets a proposal that makes most conservatives disgusted; a compromise between a conservative and a fascist gets a proposal -if possible ; ) that most people can live with. I barely knew Reagan, and I sure miss him.

Breitbart.com : Democrats stop GOP effort to start ethics inquiry

As if anyone expected a single Democrat in Washington to willingly be held accountable to upholding the law. Subtleties like their oath of office are too nuanced for some elites. Fine!! I vote we go for Door #2, and have our own Ethics Hearings in the TEA Party Court of Justice (of course it will be virtual via a blog so that everyone can contribute evidence). Refreshments and Sentencing (virtual waterboardings) will be served at the 4th of July TEA parties in a city near you. p.s. do you wonder if those slackers in the RNC had the same idea but went weasel fearing they would have to actually do some “work”?

Big Hollywood : Daily Gut: Bill Maher's Not Himself Anymore

Am I to take the article to infer Maher is a willing, gutless tool for the Obama Administration? That has been obvious to me for many months, and hopefully it is now undeniable to everyone else. Maher was genuinely funny years ago, but it's looking more and more that Bill is tapped out for "creative" humor. He needs new writers to be relevant.

Big Hollywood : Daily Gut: An America That Tortures

This "America is Too Good to Torture" argument is damn close to proof that liberals are mentally inpaired. Not because the hypothesis is in fact false, but because the antithesis is true: America is so good, our national unofficial (official) policy is that our guys will beat the living crap out of any bad guy if that is what's needed to save one American. Anything can happen, and our guys can roll better then anyone. (queue Jimmy Hendrix National Anthem soundtrack) But then, Janet says I'm a Right Wing Extremist, so I may have my voting right rescinded before the 2010 elections.

Breitbart.com : Iran urges Obama not to comment on US journalist

I am interested in seeing how Our President of the United States of America stands up for a citizen sentenced to years in prison by a judicial system that does not provide the legal protections and controls mandated in America court rooms. If I understand the reports and nuances from this and related articles, the trial has concluded and our government hasn't collected the basic facts that justified the Iranian's slam-dunk conviction. I hope this case is not a model of what SCJ Ruth Baden Ginsberg alluded to when she suggested the America legal system would be better once we started emulating foreign legal systems. Maybe it's just the Iranians, but I have noticed that there have been no progress reports on the discovery and reunifications of Robert Levinson, the former FBI agent that disappeared (/was abducted) in Iran more than a year ago and hasn't been seen since.

Big Hollywood : Holding The High Watch

Everyday I become more convinced that America is strong enough to survive any mischief and mayhem the current Administration can stir up - at least until the 2010 elections. Teeing off the idea the tag "incumbent" is enough to vote them out of office, I dearly hope the voters clear out the House and the Senate in 2010 on a scale not seen since Hercules did a job on the Augean Stables. In the meantime, to stay positive, optimistic and productive, I'm thinking about good ways to make non-blogger-type people aware of the politicians being naughty, and how to sink the election campaigns of hack politicians. It's not Green, but I'm leaning towards starting a Grassroots news service by stapling flyers to telephone poles and bus stop shelters.

Breitbart.com : Analysis: Obama gores foreign policy ox

With each passing day, I become more convinced America is strong enough to survive whatever mischief and mayhem the current Administration can bring about - at least until the 2010 Elections. My hope is that the voting public will GROW UP and do their homework before they get into the voting booth in 19 months. We've seen countless examples of Politicians with no confirmed ability to perform or track record of staying true to their campaign promises. And NEWS FLASH: No matter how cute and hip and popular a person may be, these perceived traits are absolutely unrelated to the person having Executive Leadership Ability. If this little dream comes true, the 2010 elections will go down as the most historic house cleaning since Hercules and the Augean Stables. About the Tea Party's, in summary, they were not a Democrat or Republican thing as much as anti waste and corruption. I hope by now, people see the tag "Incumbant" as reason enough to vote them out of office. And about the DHS report, can anyone tell me where I can get a "True Blue American RWE - and Proud of It!!!" tee shirt?

Big Hollywood : Official: Dissent Now Unpatriotic

In the last few days, I've had a few conversations with current and retired military, Police, and a token FBI dude about Janet's list of RWE characteristics (she'll always be 'Janet' in my heart since I saw her 2008 campaign posters!) and as a group we have a HUGE QUESTION: Do we get "True Blue American RWE - and Proud of It!!!" tee shirts? We love America and we are anything but ashamed of our virtures (respect life, respect the Constitution, blah blah blah) but if we got the shirts, we'd have to cut way back on our 1st Amendment protected activities so we would have time to do current back ground checks on each other. I never thought getting a tee shirt would be so much of a hassle. Oh well, I've got to go now and turn myself in.

The older version is "Character is how you act when no one is looking." In Joe's case, he's a person completely comfortable hording his wealth even when he knows others are suffering for the crumbs he throws in the garbage. That's a polite way of saying he's a rich dirt bag. On the integrity scale, he fits in real well with Catholic legislators that support and expand abortion rights.

Big Hollywood : Me? Or Your Lying Eyes?

Hey Stupid (big thanks to your parents for giving you a descriptive name), In Arab cultures, men holding hands is a sign of friendship, not homosexual interest: bowing shows submission, as in offering to have their heads lopped off if they have displeased their ruler. Barack is a screw up because he knows how to be a puppet for his rulers, but is totally CLUELESS on how to be an American, let alone carry the position and authority of being the POTUS.

Dear Senator Biden: When a person waves a bottle of "something" over a Christmas punchbowl as says loudly "This will really help the party", adults know that is the time to be careful. If it turns out this "Something" is toxic, adults know they have little time to stop the poison from being added - inseparably- to the punch. My point, Senator, is that your agenda, the administration's agenda, is toxic to the American economy and American culture. Please talk with people who are familiar with Sweden, Czechoslovakia, and other countries that are now abandoning Socialism after suffering under the boot for decades. The American public is pleading with you to stop your agenda because they see it will be toxic to the people you swore you would protect. Please consider the fact your dearest supporters are PUBLICLY stating your budget is unsustainable and premised on unrealistic assumptions. And, as a related item, I would be pleased and honored to give you and President Obama cursory coursework in 'The Fundamentals in Finance' and 'The Fundamental in Economics' as soon as your schedule allows.

Andrew, I agree with the writers that said you did well, so thank you for carrying our message to the public. I hope the Conversative Leadership share / adopt your assessment that conceding the MSM platform to the liberal fringe leaves the public at risk for being brainwashed with lies and fiction. If the Conservative Leadership doesn't have your perspective on this issue -and apparently not based on their actions, then I offer your first order of business is to have substantive discussions on this topic.
Big Hollywood : Deconstructing 'The New York Times'

Des, You're Brilliant!!! Americans have a guaranteed right to pursue happiness - there is nada in the Constitution that guarantees people will own a house. Life sucks - get over it. If the $50,000 figure is a little high for some people, these people will feel better if they process the fact that people making houses have to pay for materials, labor, etc. etc. , and these builders aren't doing it for the altruistic thrill of giving their "Business Investment" away. In short, "the poor and much of the middle class" may never own a house, in the same way people in the top half of the middle class will never have their own personal corporate jet: the price tag is over their budget.
