The mess started with that arrogant little snot Weicker. What's the first thing he did after getting elected with the promise of no income tax? Exactly. And what's the 2nd thing he did? He increased the budget by more than 100% and gave his cronies jobs that were unnecessary to the functioning of the state. He is a liar and a fraud.
