The only reason I am trying to help is because this happened to me and I files a complaint and had my money back in less than a week the seller was not happy and tried to put up a fight about it. A lot of people (sellers mostly) hate pay pal because they are known to do this while I was once on the good end of this deal I have also been on the other side. Months ago I sold my 3G on bay perfect condition and had a No Return. The person kept the phone for 25days dropped it In water and damaged it then filed a complaint to get his money. Paypal snatched the money out of my account and I was screwed and was told to appeal to no avail I lost because I was told their rules for return out trumps bay rules. PayPal is built for the buyer not the seller and 90% of the time they will issue a refund and take it away from the seller. The are highly know for this. That Ebay NO Refund holds no binding to paypal. In other words PayPal does not care if a seller states no refunds they have different rules and do not follow Ebay rules. File a complaint you will have your money back in about a week.
