Hi! Im thinking of updating my iphone 4 /5.1.1 / 1.59.00 to ios 6.0.1. does the latest redsn0w support baseband preserve? i know its a tethered jb and that i need to point it to the ios6.0 ipsw. Just need to know if its possible to preserve the BB. I do have sam tickets but i would prefer to stay on the low BB. Thanks

tried that but its still the same, ultrasn0w is working good until once every 2 days or so, i lose the signal for about 1-6h then it starts working again, or if i reinstall ultrasn0w or reboots the phone its back as normal. The ICCID says No Sim during the No Service.

Just updated one of our 3GS with BB 06.15 to iOS5 everything works perfect no drops as listed previously however the problem still occurs when you take a photo, click on the photo preview and thereafter return to home screen (with location services ON), wireless and phone radio crashes, other then that its seams to work perfectly, just want to put it out there, thanks for helping so many on your spare time guys.

Ok, thanks i understand, but i can live with the GPS issue. Battery issue would be a bigger problem, just got this phone for my gf so gps is not a big deal and i got the official sim, all my other 3g and 3gs are on 04.26 and updated thru pwnagetool same for my Ip4 on 1.59. Just bummer the guy i got it from updated the phone to reset just before the hand off, but it could be worse. And regarding the 06.15 BB apple will prob hit higher version within 6-8 months or so. Any way thanks for helping me decide if i should upgrade.

Is the battery issue only present on hackactivated phones? Is there any other issue with the 06.15 BB then GPS? Is there any news on if the problem will be resolved or if they are trying to get the BB downgraded? Is it still recommended to upgrade or is something else in progress? Thanks
