Battery issue would be a bigger problem, just got this phone for my gf so gps is not a big deal and i got the official sim, all my other 3g and 3gs are on 04.26 and updated thru pwnagetool same for my Ip4 on 1.59. Just bummer the guy i got it from updated the phone to reset just before the hand off, but it could be worse. And regarding the 06.15 BB apple will prob hit higher version within 6-8 months or so.
