Thanks Lawrence. Wonderful eulogy. Like Levin said, AB did what most do not - he made a difference. And I think that's what roils the haters on the left the most. And it really is the left who hates. Everything they do comes from a deep well of resentment, envy, bitterness, and hate. Leftists project their hate onto others. Hate is the animating force that binds leftists together. So when I read vitriolic comments by leftists absolutely gleeful at the passing of AB, it only makes me smile. Because I know AB is behind it, poking them in the eye with a stick, over and over and over again, for all eternity.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I did read somewhere (Debbie Schlussel's blog, I think) that the villainous jihadi mastermind in the film is a Jew. If true, one has to wonder why the creators of the film would stoop to such a level. In this post-9/11 world we inhabit, with all the overwhelming evidence showing the true fascistic nature of Islamism (not Islam . . . I'm not anti-Muslim), why was it deemed necessary to make the villain in this film a Jew? Again, I haven't seen the film yet and don't know for certain that this plot element is true. I suspect someone here on the Bigs will verify whether it is actually true or not. But just for the sake of argument, if true, I wonder why Hollywood would be so outraged by this film, given their anti-Israel bias?

Leftist know-nothings will always believe the Big Lie spoonfed them by their plantation bosses in the media. The McCain compaign was broke and near collapse prior to the New England primary. McCain himself was the most uninspiring, uncharismatic, untelegenic campaigner in modern American history. Sarah Palin was the one decision he made that conservatives approved, with great enthusiasm. After Palin joined the ticket, stadiums filled to capacity for the first time. Money poured in. And the Democrat-Academia-Media Complex started paying attention. Granted, 99% of the coverage was negative, but for conservatives who are used to such leftist tactics, the wall-to-wall anti-Palin coverage was a bracing tonic. We laughed uproariously at the meme put out by the Obamamedia that Palin lacked experience. Compared to Obama, Palin had a boatload more experience. It wasn't even close. When that meme failed to take root, the Obamameda resorted to the tried and tested Alinksy tactic of ridicule, and it worked. Were it not for Palin, McCain would have gone down to defeat in the largest landslide in American history.
