You're right! In the US, Special Forces are usually connected with the Army, unless someone uses it generically for all types of SF, which, in that case, would make them Special Operations Forces.

Regarding the line of "a small band of Navy Seals – the U.S. equivalent of the SAS". That would be a naval force. Wouldn't that be the equivalent of SBS then, if Delta was to the Army?
