Over the course of the past century we as a generous people have provided loans in the range of hundreds of billions of dollars if not trillons to assist and help other countries and their people. It is my belief that it is time for those countries to start paying their debt back to us with interest. In the same manner that the banking industry expects us to pay them or the IRS expects us to pay them.
