If you're trying to pull ur shsh from cydia using remote blobs, tinyumbrella will tell u the server is down and cant pull ur shsh, (server unavailable)

Did u run as administrator if ur using windows? (right click, run as administrator)

i need help please. i tried restoring my iphone 4 to 4.3.3 using TU and saved shsh but it does not let me restore, error out at 1013, hit exit recovery, goes baq to recovery screen. what am i doing wrong? i do not need the unlock. thanks for any help.
