My husband had a on the job injury years back, it was pre approved at 100% payment for the surgery. When we went in to check into the hospital for his surgery, they wanted his other insurance information at the time. My husband looked at her and told her it was pre approved at 100% payment by the insurance and that she did not need, nor was she getting , his other insurance numbers.

Yup! They didn't ask my husband for anything or even if he had been previously married.. And I know of men who have taken on their wifes name or did the combined last names. I would have felt better about it had they at least asked him! But nope!

Its bull! I showed all my id at 15 to get my learners permit! While I do need to replace my birth certificate, having to toss out those other papers is a real crock!

me too lips. So I now have three pieces of paper to get, going to cost me over a 100 to get those also I figure! We should all get copy's of the marriage license with that first fee, but no, they want more to get a copy of it! BS..
