The people have the right to petition the house of representative to impeach any judge, including those with lifetime appointments, for lack of good behavior. This would be a great judge to try it on. Maybe if we started to petition those judges who are usurpers or not worthy of their title because of their decisions, the activist judges might slow down a bit.

I believe, after he voted against Rep. King's amendment to stop funding Pigford, he did say he didn't do enough research on it and took himself to task.

There were several tea party people who voted for it including Allen West. Issa and Kinzinger voted for it also. I was surprised at the out come of the vote. West later apologized for his vote in favor of it. In West's case, I don't think he knew what Pigford was (not an excuse)....

This is not funny. Unfortunately, I live in Chicago, and am outraged....bad enough with all the other $H-- going on. You should care because these are house of representatives seats that we are fighting for who are going to D.C. We have a chance to win at least 3 house seats, maybe more.

HIllary's friend work their as a corporate officer. Van Jones, who doesn't live in Chicago, has an account there, and Jeremiah Wright has a 10 million dollar line of credit. There are several other ties to people. Glenn Beck showed it all on TV several months ago
