GeekTyrant : The Shield Star Walton Goggins will Be Fighting PREDATORS

Good to see Walton Goggins cast in more projects. He was excellent on "The Shield". As this is sounding less like a remake, I'm actually getting my hopes up for this film. Hopefully I won't be let down.

GeekTyrant : 2009 Emmys: Complete list of winners

A shame there was no love for "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". Just like the Oscars, there is a small cluster of nominees that sweep most of the awards, while overlooking other worthy programs. That being said, there were some surprises.

GeekTyrant : Spielberg, Lucas & Ford have agreed on a story for INDIANA JONES 5!

After seeing how well they collaborated with the most recent Indy film, I am NOT looking forward to another. At this point in Speilberg & Lucas' careers, no one is willing to tell them "that's a bad idea guys," and even if there were, I don't think either would listen. If they were forced to do a "rough and tumble" type of project with a shoestring budget maybe they could make a decent movie together. That being said, I think that they've both grown so artistically apart from one another too much since Last crusade that it would be difficult to recapture the magic they had during the '80's.

GeekTyrant : District 9 star Sharlto Copley as Murdock in A-TEAM Movie?

While I do agree with NielDLR that a crappy Hollywood film could possibly taint Copley, I feel he'd be a far better choice to the other rumored actors. Someone like him could take this film from being unwatchable, and make it possibly bearable. But as a general rule, I do hate to see great actors in terrible, terrible movies.

GeekTyrant : Rob Zombie will Reinvent THE BLOB - It won't be a Red Blobby Thing

Enough with the remakes! Sure, we've had some decent remakes here and there, but If Rob Zombie cared about The Blob, or Halloween for that matter, he'd honor them BY NOT REMAKING THEM! Essentially, he's saying "I can do this better." he, and the rest of Hollywood should just try to conceive of something original for a change.

GeekTyrant : UPDATE: Jackson will NOT be B.A Baracus in A-TEAM Movie

I'm sure Jackson will do a fine job but, despite the nice cast and good creative team, I'm not too excited about this film. Maybe I'm too nostalgic for the original stuff, but I'm a little tired of all the adaptations and remakes. Why adapt a show like "The A-Team" and then change it in look and tone? Why not name it something else?
