That is so great!! I just praise the Lord for turning around your life...He's the only one that can. I will be praying that God will continue to guide you through this life.

Amen brother.  My brother was gay but i loved him dearly...i wasn't particular crazy with his gay lifestyle....but it could have been worse...he could have been on drugs...or alcohol..or whatever.  But i still love him...no matter who he was.  He is deceased now for about 11 years.  And his gay friends were so nice at the funeral and there is still one that sends a Christmas Card to us every year and has a newsletter with it that tells what he did for a year.  And i love your comment.  I teach forth grade sunday school and last week the verse was from the book of John which said.."We love because He loved us first."  I really believe in that

I have been around a lot of gay folks most of my life...some of my friends are gay and some of my relatives are gay. And most of them...when i was with them...talked so much about being "gay" that they were continuously trashing straight people to the point that "I" almost felt bad for being STRAIGHT! But let me make another point...i actually have the privilege of knowing people who are "gay" that loves the Lord Jesus that they do not "act" upon their feelings because they believe it is an unpleasing act upon Christ. So what's so bad about that? What if you were a drug addict or an alcoholic? When some of these people clean up their act (which is not an easy task) and they let Christ help them through each day to stay clean...most of the time...not all the time...but most of the time they can live one day without drugs or alcohol. But it is definitely a "taking one day at a time" which these friends of mine that are "gay" do....it is a constant struggle for them not to act upon their desires.....just like it would for a married person not to act upon their desires. Can gay people truly live a happy life without acting upon their sexual desires. ABSOLUTELY!!!!! Because anyone who has ever been born on the face of this earth can be consumed with happiness if they truly follow Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we find our happiness...peace..love..joy...self-control..kindness...patience...gentleness...and positive thinking. I sometimes think about past wrongs that I myself have committed....i made bad choices....but when i wake up in the morning today and any other day....I know Christ is with me and it will be another day living with Him in my heart. And i get through it. One of the best Bible stories in the New Testament is there is a Jewish woman who committed a great sin with a married man. The Law of the Jewish people that it (the sin) is punishable by stoning to death. Jesus walked up to the group of men who had the stones in their hands ready to stone this woman to death. Jesus told them.."the first one who is without sin throw the first stone.." and then He waited. The group started throwing their stones to the ground and walked away until no one was left. Jesus asked the woman.."where are those who condemn you?" in which she replied "no one Lord"...and Jesus took her hand and say unto her "than I don't condemn you either...AND THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART.....did Jesus say hey..ok...go and party with your friends and commit some more sins....or why don't you become gay....or why don't you become a prostitute...or better yet...why don't you go around abusing children! NO he didn't say that....He said to her..."go in peace and sin no more." I am not a perfect person and I make mistakes....so do you. But if Christ saved my life from an angry mob...i think i am going to listen to Him. If you know the Bible pretty well...then you know about the book of Daniel and Revelations...there is no doubt we are living in the last years. I know one thing clearly...the President in Iran is definitely the False Prophet (i can't ever say his name)...and if the False Prophet has showed up.....the Antichrist is also here. If the world experiences the destruction shown in the upcoming film "2012"...i am not afraid..you know why? Because i'm not going to be here...Praise God. It's already becoming a bad situation already. Let me see if I get this right....Our country is more worried about Health Care Reform than some country blowing us off the face of the earth? What i want to know is who will be left to survive to receive the free health care? Michael Moore?
