If that might be the case, would the retail value of the contents be a fair and legal component of the total value of the property, hiking it to around $2 million. Maybe an attorney could weigh in.
I wish this fabulous home wouldn't occupy so much of my thoughts and hopes. I have a life I need to attend to. LOL
