1. With googleeye check out what is on the ground: oh, look, everything is down; no water, sanitation, medical supplies....cont'd list.
2. Better send in a couple of large planes with supplies and people;
3. Send in numerous helicopters to deply, photograph and tell people help is
on its way in .......hours?
4. Corps of engineers begin to clear airport, widen roads
5. Distribute first supplies and new planes landings continue.
6. Meanwhile, make sure sanittation is #1, removal of dead, medical help
for all in need throughout country.
Make it like a game so that nothing is forgotten...all the above could have been done in less than l/1 day and by the 2nd day most people would have been fed and given medical assistance and keep hydrated.
