I have several friends who are debating whether to start a blog or a website. I always told them to go for a blog. I only truly gave to reasons:
1) Blogs are easier to start, manage and edit, and don't require nearly as much maintenance as websites.
2) Blogs are far less in numbers than websites, so it should be easier to get a foothold.

But now I've got a whole list of reasons. Thanks.

Did you do this especially in response to that email enquiry I sent? And do I have to be using Wordpress.org, instead of Wordpress.com?

Short and simple, eh? I may just have to try that out. My blog posts are generally loads and loads of writing with just a small picture in the corner, and a Digg button.

One example I sometimes try to follow is Stuff magazine, who have unbeatable writing techniques.

Definitely food for thought!

This is an amazing article - so intellectual, and helpful. I sadly find myself posting in droves on the weekend, when I'm generally not too busy, but perhaps I could turn that around!
