99 times out of 100 it's probably the guy, so it's hard to blame the cops. But if a woman is attacking you, get the heck out of there or risk your own arrest.

What boulder is trying to accomplish is to send fewer bags to the landfill, trying to address an issue that will only get worse as the county's population increases.
The question is, will a ban help or just create a different problem. All good ideas are welcome

Taxes and subsidies are two of the most powerful and useful tools a government has.
It's simple: Tax things you want less of. Subsidize things you want more of.
No heavy handed laws - just a push in the right direction.
The problem is deciding the direction. I personally think the government should stay out of it in most cases. But there are issues that no one is motivated to address, like pollution, when government action is appropriate.
Try turning off the conservative radio for a few days, the constant stream of propaganda is damaging your common sense.
