In the Nuremberg sense, of course "just following orders" is no defense. Of course I agree.

My point however is that Holder is not an independent agent - no one in the Obama Admin. so much as wipes their own behind without direct orders from the boss. If Holder is doing something distasteful it is because he has been ordered to do so.

If he was a man of integrity he would resign if he felt he was doing wrong. However, him being an "ends justify the means" sort of guy, it would be unreasonable to expect moral behaviour from him.

Holder should not be blamed for carrying out this ridiculous policy.

After all, he is nothing more than Obama's sock puppet. The fact that he wholeheartedly agrees with his boss and carries out his duties with relish is irrelevant.

The irony is that the places on earth where the kind of government control over the economy envisioned by the greens was most fully implemented are also the most polluted.

Whether it is the Aral sea and Chernobyl in the former Soviet Union or the massive coal-fired pollution of China, centralized government control causes, rather than cures pollution.

In contrast, the most free and capitalistic places on earth are also the cleanest.

Obama is just following the playbook of his community organizing hero, Saul Alinsky.
These 2 rules explain what he is doing:

* RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get bored. So to keep them excited and involved, organizers are constantly coming up with new tactics.)
* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)

David, more outrage needs to be directed at the people who enable thugs like Bill Ayers and the other Weathermen to spin their fictional histories.

It was absolutely disgusting to see her lionized as some sort of martyr who suffered in prison or her beliefs & what a great compassionate humanitarian she is - gag !
She talked at length about all the great souls she met in prison (the other inmates) and how they were suffering terribly & just wanted to get out but were being denied by the justice system - double gag. She kept going on how "Punishment" seemed to be the focus of politicians & the justice system, not concern for the prisoners.

She had nothing to say about the victims of these scum - no compassion whatsoever for them! I couldn't continue to watch, it was too revolting.

You got it exactly right. Obamacare is designed to devastate the private healthcare industry in America and create chaos that will all be blamed on greedy insurance companies, hospitals, and doctors. Single payer will be touted as the "solution" to the problem and trumpeted everywhere by the Democrats and their media shills.
Obama knew he could never get the single payer system he wants until he destroyed the current system that most people like.
