The intense heat of the fire will have melted everything inside. Deckplates and internal bulkheads are aluminum and all the wiring etc melt also. Expensive electronics also go. Subs are very fragile once you get inside the pressure hull.

If Dennis Balske (Kip's attorney) wants Kip to have a new trial this badly perhaps he will be willing to cover the millions of dollars that this will cost the taxpayers.

As a taxpaying citizen of Oregon I would appreciate it very much if my hard earned money wasn't wasted on Kip Kinkel more than it already is.

Kip must not like MacLaren as much as the OYA stay (Oregon Youth Authority) this may be a contributing factor into his request for a new trial. I can't find even the slightest trace of sympathy for him; he is where he belongs and he should stay there till he rots.
