I love your attitude. I feel the same way. I love the ride. Of course, I would love to win. But if I don't, it's ok. I will be very happy for the person who does. I feel sorry for the "sour grape" people. They deny themselves the priveledge of feeling joy/happiness for another person. It is better to be happy for another person than wallow in your own misery. I am very happy for Carol and her family. I hope she and her family will enjoy many happy years in this beautiful house.
Wow!!! I feel bad for all the people tasting sour grapes right now. I don't think DIY is doing anything wrong. At least I hope they are not. To avoid this next time, just have a show which explains the process and without giving names, let the camera go through the process with you(kind of like a reality show). Then all these nay sayers will be satisfied, I hope! Anyway, I am really glad for the winner. I hope she and her family get many wonderful years of happiness out of this house. For the rest of us, It's on to the next one. Can't wait to see the plans and progress.
Totally enjoyed the tour. My husband did too. He wants to enter too. Until now, It was only me who entered into these things. Now he wants to get in on the action. Great job. Hope I win. Would love to spend some quality time with those I love in such a beautiful place.
