Breitbart.com : Oil spilled into Yellowstone River in US

Though not a good thing, oil has been spilling into waterways since the first dinosaur died. It is a naturally occurring substance that oozes from the ground and into waterways. Nature will have no trouble handling this just as it handled the massive oil spill last year in the Gulf that was supposed to have totally destroyed the southern coast.

Breitbart.com : Spanish clinic probed for offering to \'cure\' gays

Two psychologists have had very good results remapping the libido using the opioid receptor antagonist, Naltrexone. By blocking particular receptors in the brain prior to homosexual arousal, the desire for homosexual contact can be unlearned and the anxiety of heterosexual contact will surface and can be dealt with. Homosexuality is a anxiety disorder where the child is not able to bond with their own gender (same sex parent) at a very young age. The unmet need of identification gradually turns to a fascination of the same sex. That craven and fascination is transformed into sexual desire when the child reaches puberty. Sexuality and gender disorders treatment is as successful as treatment for depression. The cruelest thing you can do to people with this pathology is to tell them they are incurable.

I agree. If I went to a doctor and told him I thought I was a horse, he would surely deem me insane. If, he went on to nail horseshoes onto my tender feet, he would loose his practice. If I went into a court room and tried to convince a judge that I should be permitted to race in Preakness and that my rights are being denied, he would most likely commit me. I am quite sure his finding would be that I may have a mental belief that I am a horse but I have the undeniable body of a human. So, how is it that a person with the body of one gender and the ephemeral belief of another gender, that the courts and society let the mind trump? No matter how you carve up a human, every cell in their body retains the gender at birth. Anyone know where I can get a good price on a saddle?

You are very right. They are seeking validation for an unnormal state. If I believed I was a horse, what are the odds that I could convince you that I was normal. Homosexuality is not supported by their biology and all the validation in the world will not alter that. Nor would me wearing a saddle make me a horse.

Breitbart.com : Attorney General Holder Dispatches Justice Department Team to Monitor British Petroleum Oil Spill

What are the odds that Obama and Co staged this oil rig failure. It works so good for him. He needs to wait a bit until this is a first class world disaster. With that, he can nationalize the oil\\energy industry and write an environmental bill that will make Cap & Trade look like Socialism for Dummies. I mean, with global warming going down the drain, he had to do something. Got to hand it to Barry. When he wants something, he don't let a few million miles of cosat line get in his way.

You don't get it. They have to wait until this thing get REALLY big. Fix it now and the sabotage was a waste. After this becomes a total environmental disaster and creates world wide oil panic, that will justify Obama taking over the Oil/Energy industry and passing environmental bills that would make Cap & Trade look like Cliff notes! His plan is right on target. Savvy?

South Park was very gentle on the LDS. Actually sweet. They are much more offensive of Jesus Christ. The ending of the episode where Stan decides he is not a Mormon and the Mornmon kid says, "if I am wrong and Joseph Smith was a fraud, what did I loose? I lived a good life, with a good family and high values." That was exactly the same message I got from an LDS missoinary several years ago.

Breitbart.com : Obama postpones Asia trip to focus on health care

I don't think they can pass this bill. What happens is a cascading effect. THe more weak the bill appears, the more dems that abandon ship, silently at first. When (or if) the vote happens on Sunday and the bill begins to fail, there will be a flood of dems who will switch their vote to No. Many don't want to vote yes but will if they can hide behind a win. No dem wants to be on the side of a loosing bill. If the bill shows slipage, it will fail be more than 50 votes. A strategy would be for 10 republicans to tell Nancy they will vote Yes. Then she will believe she has the count and hold the vote. When the vote happens, they turn their thumbs down.

Breitbart.com : Time to act on health care, Obama declares

Part 5 First, we need to have more non-MD health care available. Former military Hospital Corpsmen (kor-men Obama), nurses, physicians assistants, LPN, etc, etc, should be encouraged to set up local clinics to handle colds, flues, vaccines and simple medical care. Even more in-depth care could be available when an MD can be consulted. Implement serious tort reform and let the market in. Deregulate the insurance companies to allow a person to purchase health insurance ANYWHERE, even out of the country!

Part 4 Insuring pre-existing conditions is tantamount to insuring a wrecked car and then expecting them to fix it. Who would insure your wrecked car? A pre-existing condition that increases your susceptibility to illness should cost more. Why? Because the risk is higher. We are way over insured and our expectations are far too high. If you are young and healthy, you should carry nothing more than catastrophic insurance that kicks in at $5000 to $10000. It should cost less that $500 a year. As you get older, your risk of illness increases and you should pay to transfer some of that risk. You should also negotiate to buy in large time blocks at a set or known graduating rate, similar to life. Of course, the longer the loyalty but that may also be offset by locked in risk. So without all this health insurance, how do we pay for the day to day boo-boos.

Part 3 So to health insurance.... Insurance should not be pre-paid health care. That is not risk transfer since a certain amount of health care is required on a regular bases. The best idea is to insure only what you do not anticipate. Anything else should be budgeted for. Why? If it is anticipate, you are going to pay for it anyhow and it is always less expensive to pay for something yourself than through insurance, in the long run. Why? Because insurance companies must realize enough capital to pay many claims at once such as in a hail storm and they also are in the business to profit. So, in the long run, any expected procedure that you pay for will be cheaper. Pregnancy and pre-natal care should not be paid for in a planned pregnancy. You should budget for it. If you are not planning for pregnancy but are at risk of becoming pregnant, an unexpected pregnancy should be added to your policy to transfer that risk. People who engage in high risk activities should be pooled with similar people. I sky and scuba dive and also ride a Harley. If I am to transfer that risk, I should pay more and be pooled with like-minded people for risk.

Part 2 An individual can insure nearly anything but it is always the transfer of risk to the insurer. All that has been stated applies to health insurance. Health insurance should not be used for known or expected needs. Since they can be anticipated and budgeted for, it is not a good investment to pay for them. I am quite sure that you could buy insurance to pay for having your car washed when it gets dirty. If you cannot find anyone to insure you, contact men and I will cover you for a very high premium. It would be very expensive since the occurrence is guaranteed. It would be equally stupid to pay for oil changes and tune ups, though engine severe failure might be appropriate. No matter what we insure, we are paying to transfer the risk of our loss to someone else.

Part 1 Most people are pretty stupid when they try to understand what insurance is. Insurance, all insurance is the act of transferring risk. That is what it is. By owning a car, I run the risk of loosing my investment due to an accident, theft or vandalism. If I do not buy insurance, I assume all the risk. I can transfer all or part of that risk to someone else by purchasing insurance. An insurer buys my risk because they believe that I will pay more in premiums during the life of the policy than they will pay me for damage for the car. The difference, minus administrative costs is profit. Since it is possible that I will have an accident or have my car stolen, the insurance company will need to be prepared to pay me more that I have paid them at any given time. They are able to do that because they insuring several people at any given time. I am added to a pool of similar type drivers (a cohort) where we each have a near equal chance of having a claim against the insurer. Good drivers are paired with other good drivers and reckless drivers are paired with their peers. That way good drivers is not penalized for bad drivers.
