Most of them aren't even American, albeit they (unfortunately) hold the arbitrary legal technicality of United States citizenship.

American is an ethnicity and merely breathing American air doesn't magically transform you into a Son of the Revolution or daughter of the Mayflower Society.

It is most unfortunate that the word "American", one synonymous with the land, the people, and the government, today means simply, "Some schmuck who washed up on US soil and who now, thanks to insane interpretation of American customs and English Common Law is now entitled to pretend he is too a Free Born American with roots to Magna Carta if not deeper."

Milosevich is Serbian, isn't it? Be that as it may, Why is it the peasant-oaf spawn of the Huddled Masses and Wretched Refuse of continental Europe always, always always turn into violent, abusive, overbearing little tyrants as soon as some naive American fool grants them the smallest authority?

It's unamerican. But then, so too is this clown "Milosevich". "American" is an ethnicity, after all, not a citizenship status (not to be confused with the arbitrary legal technicality of "United States citizen"). I for example am American because my forefathers were here on July 4, 1776 and they fought and died for their rights as free-born Englishmen, even if they had to throw off their king and homeland to do it.

Milosevich and the rest of the Huddled Masses never fought for a damned thing -- but they waltz in here sure enough with hands outstretched looking for cash, ever ready to revert atavistically to their savage, barbaric roots as the peasant scum their pop-pop was back in their worthless "Old Country".

Fines should come out of the cops' retirement accounts and then they should be prosecuted under the same laws as every other "civilian" in the country.

(When did cops start calling us "civilians" anyway? Isn't that what an invading army calls the poor schmucks who get in their way en route to a battle?????)

Demoted? He should be given an award. Goons with guns used to be called "outlaws". Hell, even the Mafia has rules. When did lawmen become "law enFORCEment officers" who beat down or kill anyone they find guilty of "Contempt of Cop"????
