This is an nice article, so thank you (Anam Ghias) for sharing.

I've an addition about understanding Islam and Muslims: It's true that terrorism exists and is done by terrorists who are twisting many things in order to find an umbrella for their actions. What isn't ture, however, is associating their twisted actions with Islam and generalize to identify all Muslims as terrorists.

This, in simple words, is another part of the cure for Islamophobia that you've mentioned at the end of the article. We should highlight more on the clear difference between terrorism and Islam; however only Islamophobics who are proud of it don't bother spending efforts to understand this basic principle.

Karen & Adrenalynn: Haven't you figured out yet that this is Man's conspiracy to portray all women as (they can't drive) :D

Adrenalynn, so they fixed the number 6 but I wonder if it was number 6's fault from the begining :D. I also wonder if the man and the woman are close :D. The third wonder in this (wonderland) comment is that I recall last time I visited here, you're hanging out in the rain :)

Yes and I see this is not in the name of any religion but rather in the name of bigotry. On the other hand, Islam is not responsible for 9/11 but terrorists.

You've highlighted on an important point in this article. While following up with the whole issue, the blind wave of hate speech aganist Islam and Muslim is elevating yet the focus is on the debate of what so called 'Ground Zero Mosque' and the 'Muslimness of Obama' as you mentioned.

It's interesting for me to read about the nice lifestyle that you in Saudi Arabia follow during Ramadan. It's also great to think about how Muslims worldwide share the same month, performing the same kind of worshiping to Allah yet their lifestyle and traditions are different.

Ramadan Mubarak for you Sam :)

Sam, I understand your point of view regarding the whole controvesy. My follow-up with this issue tell me how politicans - espcially the Republicans - are playting with emotions for their own sake plus how the misunderstanding with Islam and Muslims is still the theme after 9 years of the tragedy that no reasonable human can accept, whether a Muslim or non.

As for "Cordoba Center" that media refer wrongly and intentionally as Ground Zero Mosque, I again understand your point of view that you mentioned at the begining of the post.
