That'll buff right off, after you rub one out.

Pretty sure it's a Lambo, bro.

I don't know how you neglected to mention the Espada. I know you hate it, but it's still worth mentioning!

That was a sad sight. Oh to be rich.

I understand. Why must life always interfere with the things we love?! I was in the shop doing some routine maintenance on the Fit, when I saw my Firebird ('96), up on a lift. My dad is slowly fixing a few things in between customer-work, so I can hopefully sell it. I hate to get rid of it, but it's really only suitable for a project, and that's not something I can afford.

Since I've finally got my winter wheel and tire setup complete on the Fit, I have no automotive-related fun on the horizon. I am so thoroughly bored. What I want is to pick up a spare L15A from a wrecked Fit (I hear they can be had for ~$500) and tear it down, learn it, clean it, and rebuild it, then hold on to it. even better if I could afford some Spoon goodies for the rebuild.

So when are we going to start buying lottery tickets?

I hope that you get the Volvo running sometime soon.

It pains me to say this, but I have to nominate my own car, the Honda Fit, especially in base trim. If it weren't for forums (FitFreak.net) I'd believe myself to be the only person who simultaneously owns a Fit and does not receive AARP newsletters. I often wonder if the elderly see me rollin' and are appalled (see "hatin'") by the things that set my Fit apart from their, are intrigued, or (most likely) don't even notice.

I did, however, have an elderly couple in a Yaris pull up next to me at a stoplight over the summer. The old man yelled over "Is that car any good?" "Uh..yeah, I guess. I like it." "Ok, thanks." and then the light turned green. Maybe he traded the Yaris shortly thereafter, I don't know. Probably not helping my cause any.

I honestly have no idea. I can ask him, but I doubt he knows.

My friend had one in high school, same color as yours, although in better shape, I think. As teenagers, we would raise hell in it. Snow mounds at the mall parking lot? RAMMING SPEED! He later sold it and bought a 2000 Civic DX. That was a sad day.

Surely you must have a more current photo. How's progress been? Last I remember, we were talking about BBS Vs. OEM optional wheels for it, I think.

That's something I'd love to have in the driveway right now. I get all tingly when I see a 1st-gen Prelude, and my wife just shakes her head at me.
