Soooo the leader of the GOP which controls the house seeks to delegate a house right and obligation to the Kenyan Socialist.

We need to elect a new conservative leadership of the house that will stand fast against the global-Socialist political agenda.

They still have tax exempt status, it should be revoked and all "donations" to the "organization" should be investigated & followed to see if the "donation" went to a qualified expendicture, not some pimps pocket.

I would hope their defense would include the natural law right of self defense not only for individuals but also for individuals within a society under attack and ACORN is definetely attacking us, they're actively promoting a hostile criminal foreign invasion and a hostile criminal ideology (socialism) completely uncompatible with the US constitution.

Every entity promoting Socialism or criminal invasion should have their "non-profit" status revoked and be taxed just like any other business.

Hedge Funds weren't unregulated because the "managers were smart" they were unregulated because any regulation would have dirven them offshore where not only would they not be regulated but they wouldn't taxed either. We didn't have a choice of "regulate or not regulate"
, we had a choice of "not regulate or not collect any tax revenue" from these people and their trading operations.

One thing for sure is Madoff was running an offshore unregulated hedgefund and not under SEC jurisdiction-as testified by SEC commissioner Chris Cox, as Cox admitted before Congress, the SEC had NO AUTHORITY over Bernie Madoff unlike other SEC regulated companies.
