Great Note! I personally think that the best way to cure worry is to write what you are worried about.

Great way to do it is to practice Getting things done (GTD) method by David Allen. He says something like this, that the only way to feel good about not doing something is knowing what you are not doing. So it is critically important to write everything down in order to live stress free life.

I liked ideas about living in the present. Don't worry about the past events. Truly great advice. I will think about these things more often:)

I remember the first time I read this great book the biggest AHA! was the habit "seek first to understand, then to be understood." I have been working on that, but still have problems with that from time to time.

Now I truly want to focus more on working on my priorities and spend more time in quadrant II so that I could have less things to do in quadrant I. Sharpen the saw is another great one, and that is a reason why I join this challenge. To sharpen! :)

These agreements are really simple but not easy to apply consistently. Personally, I think I need to stop blaming, complaining and criticizing myself and others. Being too critical just hurts other people and doesn't help me.

CANI (kaizen) is another great approach. Taking small steps and apply then consistently is much more better than any quick fixes and major fast transformations. It looks cool, but doesn't last for long usually.

So the big idea of a day for me was to stop all that negative talk with myself and others or at least be aware of it and try to improve.
