With (4) languages in common use in Kosovo it is difficult to guess which one they speak. Guess I owe an apology to the Bosnians for this one. It is the money from users that drives a market filled by farmers in Latin America trying to feed their families to processors to smugglers to dealers like the one who shot this police officer to keep from being arrested. It hardly "convoluted" as you suggest.

I would like to see the penalty tough enough to shut down the recreational user. Support the programs that work well at getting those off drugs who wish to. Institutionalize those who refuse treatment or reoffend. Execute smugglers and dealers. This will dry up the market and the problem will go away. The other approach is to legalize drugs to do the same thing.

Buying drugs is like shooting in the air not caring where you bullet lands. The money is used to support a nework of really bad people using horrible methods to accomplish their goals.

Drug dealers and USERS are to blame for this and much more. I say hit them fast and hard. If some day this crap becomes legal fine, but until then I say make their pain as intense as this 10 year old who just lost his dad. Society can no longer afford to put up with this.

Seriously, does anyone really think this group could overthrow the U.S. Government? It might have been fun to talk about after a few beers but I suspect they have learned their lesson. They have likely all lost their jobs and incurred enough debt to keep them out of trouble for a long time to come. Maybe they will be content to watch NASCAR from now on.
