I'm wondering if your comments are censored or if HGTV employees are posting them. I'm a huge HGTV fan. What the hell is this thing? I have a low income and I wouldn't take that! Talk about claustraphobia! The kitchen is grossly inefficient and tiny, enough for one single person only. 1 bedroom? I figured for a separate living room. $1.5million? It will never hold its value. Boy am I disappointed in you.

The luxury vehicle could readily transport me between my Upstate NY home (REALLY UPSTATE in WNY) and MY NYC Diva Pad - Husband won't go up in an elevator or stay in upper rooms of a hotel. Took my breath away!! I have a picture I found not long ago of my husband's mother and his father in Army uniform on leave at the Lake Placid Club 6 Dec 1944. My husband was born exactly 10 months later, 6 Oct 1945. I think the design of the house, and the location, are stunning.
