Rest assured, this nation WILL go bankrupt. It's got to cut spending by 20% just to stop the debt from growing, and then it'll need to cut even more to reverse it. There's no way to square the circle without cutting benefits and public sector jobs, and when that happens all hell will break loose in Leicester and elsewhere. Then the Pound will collapse and the money immigrants send back to their kin-folk will be worthless. Perhaps then they'll even consider leaving (?).
