It is just sad all around - I had a chance to work at Boeing years ago, but union work was not for me, the contract renewal was a hugely stressful time for the families of people I knew/know that rolls around away too often, and something I did not want to deal with.

It sucks, but there are choices everybody makes, and working for a Union company is a choice, and if the argument is there are not many jobs out there, remember that if they do go out on strike - there are good people out there looking.

I am not for or against the unions, I do think they make it MUCH too hard to get rid of crappy employees, but I also believe they have become more for themselves and not for the employees.

Just a tough situation all around....

As much as you would LIKE to keep it the same, your cost for for Insurance WILL go up - Obamacare assures that everyone who had insurance will pay more, so that everyone in the US can have insurance even if they don't bother to work.

Because you do work and HAVE insurance, you can afford to help someone else have it.

Everyone I know who has insurance through their place of employment is finding out what the real cost of government mandated health care is, and they have been warned when the renewal comes up, start planning now for very large increases and less coverage.

Good luck with this whole issue - but under no circumstances should you expect there to be NO change, there is just too much going on in the US to expect the status to stay static for 3 years.

It really is not too inconvenient, you can ask for money back at any most grocery store if you purchase anything, up to about $100 most places....So no extra fees from any bank machine : )

·Richgreer, the HSUS would have you think that IS all they do, from the ads they run showing sad puppies and kitties when they are asking for your money.

They keep forgetting to tell you that an entire $1 and a few cents of the $19 a month you donated last year to help the poor, suffering puppies and kitties in their ads went to help that cause, the rest going to causes like making sure in the long run you can never eat steak again, while ensureing their retirement is going to be grand.

Louisced, If you have a favorite breed of anything,, most of them have a national rescue you can donate to, that work to pull their breed out of shelter, or horse organizations are always in need.

The less structure to support between your money and the animal in whatever you choose to donate to, chances are more of your money will make it to support the animal.

Local shelters are great, and the purebred rescues pull purebreds to help many local shelters, because it frees up space and money for more animals to come in. Just donate locally, it really helps.

Even the HSUS will, when pressed, suggest you donate locally first -

I get that fights were common when we were kids - I ended up in a good one myself somehow one day, and I am pretty anti- violence (read:anti- pain, lol),

However, we NEVER had adults egging us on - when kids are fighting to blow off steam it is one thing, but when a parent and adult that as a kid you work your butt off to make proud is attending & uses their influence to push you fight harder and longer than a a fight would naturally last, that is just wrong.

Adults getting some kind of sick satisfaction is even worse.

This was the jewelry taken from the first robbery (a lot of people seem confused about that).

"*Amanda Knight is all smiles as she leaves an Auburn pawn shop. Knight walked in alone about 15 minutes earlier and went right to the jewelry counter, to pawn a ring police say was *taken from a Snohomish County couple* in a violent robbery the night before.

This video was taken before the 2nd robbery where they participated in the murder

They don't qualify for the death penalty in our system, which was a little surprising, but I am thinking the world will be a safer place however long they are in prison.

That is so creepy, not a care in the world, other than the money in her pocket "earned" by terrorizing and stealing, something for her family to be proud of

"Dee says Rasmussen tried to separate the dogs, yelling, hitting Bella with his gun, and then shooting her."

Notice Dee does not mention trying to help separate the dogs because, "They were scrapping - that was it. With two adults there to take care of it," she says. but even from her story, only ONE adult was trying to stop it, the other, who the heck knows what she was doing.

If ONE of the dog owners feels the dogs are escalating and it needs to be stopped, the other owner should respect that opinion and help get their dogs under control and broke apart, NOT just stand there and give the bad behavior an excuse. The gun issue, that was just stupidity.
