I stayed up for that Hawaii game and was very impressed with Ron Gonder's suit. Other than that I should have gone to bed and got some zzzz's/
This is something we can all be proud of.
Did anybody notice Mike Hlas' predicted score for the Michigan/Notre Dame game? Someone somewhere should send him a wallet sized picture of their wife in a swimsuit.
Must agree with mission010 on this. Penn State is always tougher than people think. We'll see.
The Hawks should get Kansas on the schedule and quit going to Arizona.
That is a good story Doc. I also say good luck to Lance.
As a small business owner with 15 employees including myself, I can offer some insight. I doubt the new bill will lower costs, the best we can hope for is that it slows the increase in cost. In the last 10 years our health insurance premiums have increased between 18-22% every year except for two years. In 2004 it increased 60% (yes 60%) not because anyone was sick but because my staff all were over 40 for the first time. In 2010 it increased 36% and yes we did have two very sick employees but that was not the case in the previous 17 years of health insurance premiums. Our policy has a $3,000 deductible and $6,000 co-pay so if someone gets sick they better have 9k stashed and if they are not cured by the end of the year they better have 18k stashed. Health insurance premiums consitute 12% of our payroll. This is not a good situation. As long as our premiums keep increasing at the current rate all the tax cuts in the world will do little to keep us in business no matter what the market demands for our services are.
Not to worry Mike, you do a very good job on the radio so this won't be all that different, other than maybe you will have to wear a clean shirt. I'd like to hear your thoughts on the 2011 recruiting class that have given verbal committments.
It did look nasty. Eddie knows what he is talking about. We lucked out.
Stinking UCLA, I still hate those guys.
