Im sure when the toxicology report comes back, it will be cited as a mistake. It will likely show that he was not drunk, but was on a sugar high from too many Skittles.

The sad thing about this is, there are no car accidents as we like to call them. Only car negligence. A poor choice by someone is the cause of every incident. Every incident could be prevented if people payed attention when they drove and drove responsibly. Hopefully everyone in this incident comes out of it ok.

Could not agree more. I am always looking and aware of what and who is around me when I am driving. I try to keep track of at least 3 cars behind me especially on the freeway. That way when I want to change lanes I already have an idea where those cars are and their driving style etc.

I was driving south on I-5 in the Everett area once when traffic came to an abrupt halt around a corner. I made sure I left room between me and the car in front of me if the person behind me was not paying attention. Sure enough they were not. I was stopped and as I looked in my mirror I saw a semi truck with his breaks locked up coming at me. I quickly made a move to the shoulder up next to the care in front of me. The semi truck stopped about 2 feet from the bumper of the car that was in front of me.

At what point does it become the responsibility of the individual for their actions? Time to stop trying to blame others for your choices. Your comment is just plain stupid and reflects the attitude that is the source of a lot of the problems we have today.

Two of the scariest things I can think of. Drowning and coming across and angry grizzly.

I think when it comes to higher up positions at major corporations, both men and women have different strengths. If it is a woman in the top seat, it would be good to have men in positions around her. If it is a man in the top seat, having women around him in other positions is good. They each usually bring a little different perspective to the table that often works well together. To me, if you are qualified and perform well I don't care who you are, age, sex, race etc.

Lets not fix the problem, lets just put up a sign that says its there, and then say its not a problem. I don't understand, if its not a problem, why put up a sign? If you put up a sign, how can you say it's not a problem?

Just take a look at lower Queen Anne since they left. That should give you a good estimate. Crime is up, business is down or closed and no one goes there anymore.
