This one will be interesting.
Victim assists in administering narcotics to suspect.
Suspect kills victim in what could be considered self-defense (no witnesses).
How much fault will be placed on the victim for supplying the narcotics in the first place?

And if there is ANY evidence of child abuse, then this one will get really messy.

Yes POSITIVE. In fact a GOOGLE search (yes GOOGLE) shows in the very first hit:

If the auto was typically at fault, then WHY would there be a statistical trend towards MALE cyclists being the victim?
Could it possibly be due to the attitude of the cyclist?
I am also POSITIVE that of all of the "cyclist roid/road rage incidents I have witnessed" it was a MALE cyclist throwing the temper tantrum 100% of the time.

You definition of "random" is also very interesting.
As I CLEARLY did not use caps at RANDOM.

And my logic is apparently more sound than yours since I can tell the difference between Random and calculated.

Maybe YOU should have someone evaluate YOUR mental state.

IN MY CASE, using CAPS is equivalent to using Bold typeface.
Or do you accuse anyone of using BOLD as being in an "unbalanced mental state"?

And it is called an ANALOGY.
One that I happen to think is perfectly valid since:
Small aircraft can cause much larger aircraft to have an accident just EXACTLY as bicycles can INDIRECTLY cause traffic accidents even if they are not PART of that accident once the police show up to investigate.

I call BS on that statistic.
I am 100% POSITIVE that cyclists have CAUSED accidents between cars that turned out to be fatal.

The EXACT same concept applies to not allowing small aircraft to violate DIA's airspace.
It is called PHYSICS.
I believe that cyclists should NOT be allowed to ride on city streets if the posted speed limit is above 45 MPH.
Slow moving OBJECTS of ANY KIND can be a hazard to object moving much faster.

I constantly see cyclists riding on the shoulder of a FREEWAY where traffic is moving at 65 MPH.
I have even seen this behavior IN A BLIZZARD.

Saying that cyclists cannot harm a car, so let them do whatever they please is the same as saying "just let small aircraft fly through DIAs airspace.... what harm can a 2000 lb plane do to a 200,000 lb jetliner"
