Why would anyone vote for either of the two major party canidates? It is too bad that the Libertarian canidate is just a footnote in the debate between two men I would not vote for dogcatcher.

They do pay. Everybody in this recently incorporated town pays county taxes. Having lived in Lake County for decades, this is an East Chicago political hack trying to squeeze the people that won't be voting for him or his cronies. Winfield is an affluent bedroom community tucked in behind the Southlake Mall. Not many democratic votes in that community.

Should be a great game. Gonna be a defensive struggle, maybe 52-50 for a final score. Even though it was way past my bedtime, I could not turn off the Notre Dame vs. Michigan State game. That last played showed me it was past some of the Notre Dame player's and coach's bedtime as well as they were certainly asleep. I bet it was a long ride home after that one.

I can't speak for Marshall county, but St. Joseph county does nothing to enforce the current rules concerning open burning.

I haven't forgotten. I originally liked Joe. Washington has changed him for the worse. The health care vote sealed his fate in my mind. He was not representing the wishes of his district and now it is time for him to go.
